Generally we ship all articles Insured and Registered by SWISS POST PRIORITY Service.
Means in worst case your parcel is insured in case of lost.

• The Shipping costs are divided on shipping sachet /parcel box and document pouch.
  The amount spent for this material is tight calculated according our purchase price among CHF 1.50 till 3.00 per shipping unit. We only charge the effective Material used.
• As postage we only charge the effective costs of the SWISS POST PRIORITY Service charges to us.
  The amount charged is currency fluctuation adjusted to CHF. 0.50
• The manpower required for documentary, fulfillment and packaging is not charged and is part of the sales benefit gained by selling the ordered article.

• The shipping costs are counted on weight and size.
• Since most watches have different weight and size, we added a  packaging logo to each article.

We do all shipments by Swiss Post Service
PRIORITY

We common do shipments Monday till Wednesday only. Incoming orders from Thursday till Sunday night, will usually shipped out on subsequent Monday. Summarized: we always ship latest 3 business days after payment is confirmed and cleared.

After shipment is made, we will send you an email with the tracking/insurance number, so the package could be tracked through Swiss Post Web Site.
(At this moment PIORITY service is to most countries track able till Swiss border only)

From the date of dispatch we do not have any influence in time required the parcel arrives at your end.

With just a few exceptions, the most PRIORITY parcels arrives at final destination around the globe within 4 up to 20 business days. While the Post service common works excellent, most delays are caused by lazy and inefficient custom services.
The only solution would be to use services like FEDEX/UPS, but cost wise this services would cause 2-5 times the cost of the official Post.

• This means you are importing something from an other country to your country.
• By doing this, such IMPORTS causes customs and/or VAT taxes.
  
  From our side we have absolutely no influence in this country specific regulations and Laws.

Our return policy is simple. If you are not happy with the ordered article you may send it back within max 7 days after you received it in exactly the condition you get it, by exactly the same service performance you got it (Registered and insured)
No questions asked from our side. Money for purchased Article will be refunded immediately.
Shipping, handling and insurance fees will not be credited.

By all care, good will and faith, it can always happen that we made an faulty or incorrect description. In cases we made anything wrong at our side, we bear also the shipping costs for the returned article.
